• Order information — name, email address, and PayPal transaction details for buyers of sheet music. Card data is processed by PayPal and never reaches our servers.
• Submission content — sheet music files (PDF, MP3, video links), composer/arranger names, descriptions submitted through the portal.
• Technical data — IP address and browser user-agent string, captured when you sign legal agreements (proof of consent).

2. How we use it

• To deliver downloads of the sheet music you purchase.
• To pay royalties to arrangers, quarterly via PayPal.
• To send transactional email (order receipts, agreement confirmations, submission status).
• To respond to inquiries you send us.

3. What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to third parties.
• We do not run third-party advertising or marketing trackers.
• We do not use behavioral analytics that profile individual users.

4. Third parties

We share information only with the service providers required to operate the site:

• PayPal — payment processing and royalty payouts.

6. Data retention

Order records and signed agreements are retained as long as the agreement is active (5 years from signing) plus a reasonable archival period for tax and accounting purposes.
